A night gets listed.
By a host. Someone opens their living room, or brings a Side A night to a listening bar for a few hours, or a venue runs one in its own room. The album, the date and the capacity are set in advance.
↳ what is side a · how a night works
Side A is an intimate album listening society, run by a society of hosts. Hosts and venues list their own nights and keep the door; Side A keeps eighteen percent when a seat is paid.

02
No shuffle. No skip. Phones face-down. Pure Listen, BYOV, or Album Club — the record is the evening.
03
The host or venue sets the price, free or paid. You pay them directly at checkout; when a seat is paid, Side A keeps 18% as its booking fee. Cancel 48 hours or more before doors and you get it all back.
04
Anyone can browse the nights and ask for a seat; you sign in when you ask. At a night in someone's home, the host says yes before the address is shared. No night near you yet? Join anyway; your account is ready when a host lists one.
↳ product truth
Every night is run by its host or venue; Side A lists it and takes the booking. If the homepage shows preview rooms, they are the shape of nights to come, not tickets on sale.
Six to twenty seats, in a living room or a listening bar. You see who else is coming. You do not see follower counts.
The host decides who gets a seat. A no-show is a seat someone else did not get. Decline early. No theatrics.
