Terms of Service.
Last updated May 13, 2026Side A is a private, invite-only platform for hosting and attending vinyl listening sessions. By accessing or using Side A, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Side A is closed to the general public. Access is granted by invitation and remains at our sole discretion. We may suspend, revoke, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violations of these terms or behavior we believe is harmful to the community.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or attend a session. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Hosts set their own session details, including any contribution or pricing. Side A is a platform that connects hosts and guests; we are not a party to any agreement between them. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any session, and we are not responsible for disputes that arise between hosts and attendees. Resolve those between yourselves, in good faith.
Sessions have limited capacity. An RSVP request is not an automatic confirmation — hosts decide who attends, and we do not guarantee approval, attendance, or that any particular session will take place.
Invites, RSVPs, and access to sessions are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, auction, or otherwise transfer your spot to anyone else. Doing so is grounds for immediate account termination.
Be a person other people want in the room. Don’t harass other members, don’t impersonate anyone, don’t post content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights, and don’t attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the service.
Side A is evolving. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may modify or terminate the service entirely. We’ll do our best to give meaningful notice when we can.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Side A is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your participation in any session.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.
